Each book is rebound entirely by hand, so slight variations or imperfections may occur and are part of the handmade charm. This is a handmade rebind of a legally purchased book.

Can I choose the colors and design?+
Yes. Custom rebinds are planned around your preferred colors, materials, mood, and meaningful details.
How long will my custom order take?+
Timing depends on the project and current studio schedule. You’ll receive an estimate before work begins.
Does the deposit cover the full price?+
The deposit reserves your place. The complete quote and remaining balance are confirmed after the design details are planned.
Can I return a custom order?+
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale, with limited exceptions for damage, workmanship defects, an incorrect item, or a piece that materially differs from the approved design. See the complete policy below.

Custom and personalized pieces are created for one specific reader, so they cannot ordinarily be restocked or resold.
Custom orders are final sale
Custom rebinds and personalized bookmarks cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, minor handmade variations, normal wear, damage after delivery, or personalization details submitted incorrectly by the customer.
When I’ll make it right
If your order arrives damaged, contains a genuine workmanship defect, is the wrong item, or is materially different from the design you approved, contact Khaos2Kreations within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Available solutions
After the issue is reviewed, the appropriate solution may be a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact me before sending anything back; unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Cancellations
A custom-order deposit may be refunded only if cancellation is requested before design planning, material sourcing, or production begins. Once that work has started—or the final design has been approved—the deposit is nonrefundable.
